Sunset Palms, our fabulous upper floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully air-conditioned condominium on the prestigious Grand Palms Resort, on Lindfields Boulevard. Just off Highway 192, only 5 miles from Walt Disney World and within easy reach of Universal Studios, SeaWorld and of course the Outlet shops and shopping malls, our fabulous condo is now available for rent for your vacation. Local shops including a 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket and drugstore are all within a few miles. The many local golf courses are also nearby.

The vaulted ceiling in Sunset Palms condo, gives a light and airy feel to the fully tiled living & dining area which provides ample room for relaxing and eating, with a 32" flat screen cable TV, DVD player, VCR and mini HiFi for your entertainment when you are not busy in the Theme Parks. We have provided a large selection of DVDs, videos, cds and board games for your enjoyment. The large dining table seats up to 6 people with ease. To round off your day, a fully screened rear balcony overlooking a conservation area and lake, provides an ideal spot for that evening glass of wine, as you watch the sun setting.

If you need to check your emails or connect to the internet, we are now able to offer our guests FREE wireless high speed internet access in our condo. All you need to bring is your wireless enabled laptop computer, tablet, phone or other device...

With a King size (6' 6") bed, colour cable television, radio/alarm clock and ensuite full size bathroom with bath, shower, wc and hairdryer in the master bedroom, a Queen size (5') bed with cable TV and radio/alarm clock in the 2nd bedroom, twin beds and cable TV in the 3rd, a Queen size sofa bed in the living room and a second full bathroom, Sunset Palms condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.

We are pleased to provide, FREE of charge a stroller, crib and high chair for your young children. All you need to bring is your own linen for the crib.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, coffee maker, blender & toaster provides all the amenities you would expect. All cooking and eating utensils are provided, as are towels and bed linen. We also provide beach towels for the pool area, so there's no need to fill your suitcase with extra towels.

The Grand Palms resort consists of only 86 rental & residential condos. There is a large, seasonally heated, communal swimming pool & spa pool, a tennis court and barbeque & picnic area for the private use of guests and residents. Brand New fitness & exercise room, including two exercise bicycles, a skiing machine, two treadmills and an abs bench.
