1: Return this form fully completed along with a non-refundable deposit
of 20% of total rental cost. Please note, the form does not need to be
posted to us if you pay direct to our bank or by Paypal.
2: A security deposit of US$250/£200 against property damage
is required. This can be paid by separate cheque/check which will be
returned to you upon completion of your holiday and satisfactory
inspection of the property, as laid out in the terms and conditions.
You
may pay the rental deposit and final balance by credit card via PayPal
(subject to an administration fee of 4%) or by cheque/check made
payable to: "KR & HCA Houghton".

CANCELLATION
POLICY: Cancellation of reservation/booking will be subject to the
following charges:
30 - 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total rental amount.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total rental amount.
DIRECTIONS to our vacation home and key code information will be sent
to you upon receipt of the final balance due. Payment in full is
required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
