Why should I choose your condo instead of a hotel?
You have all the comfort of home with the resort facilities of a 5-star hotel. For just a fraction of the cost of a hotel, you get a luxury three bedroom condo with two bathrooms, living/dining room, lanai and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo has 4 cable TV's, DVD player and a VCR. Our Management Company provide a 24/7 emergency service.
Why should I choose your condo instead of a villa?
Our condo has everything you need for a family vacation, and is less expensive than a villa. You are free to enjoy all the facilities of the resort including a large swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ's and tennis court.
Is there plenty for the kids to do?
There are 4 cable TV's, DVD player and a VCR, so they can watch what they want anytime. The pool and spa bath are just a few steps away. We also have family board games for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, our condo is just 5 miles from Walt Disney World!
Are all the resort facilities included in the price?
All resort amenities are free to all our guests at no extra charge.
Is there a phone in the condo?
Yes there is a phone. Local calls are free, for others you can use your credit card or a phone card.
We have on-site key pick-up. Details will be sent to you upon receipt of your final payment.
Where are the nearest family restaurants?
Within a couple of miles there are all the major family restaurants including Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Outback, Sizzler, Perkins, IHOP, Dennys and many more. You can also get take-out and home delivery for all kinds of meals.
The nearest 24 hour Wal*Mart is just 4 miles from our condo, with 2 Publix amd a Super Target supermarkets even closer. There are several malls and outlets within easy distance. Among the larger nearby stores are The Florida Mall, The Mall at Millenia, and Orlando Premium Outlets. Other local shops include a Supermarket, Drugstore and Video Rental.
These are average temperatures and rainfall for each month, although they cannot be guaranteed, they will give you an idea of what to expect.

Are there disabled facilities at the condo?
The apartment is on the upper floor and is therefore unsuitable for guests with disabilities.
What if I have a problem during my stay?
Our management company will deal with any issues that may arise during your stay. They operate a 24/7 emergency service.
Simply complete the reservation request form on our enquiries page, or e-mail us. We will confirm availability and price by e-mail. We then require a non-refundable 20% deposit to confirm your booking. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
We can accept payment by cheque/check in £ Sterling or in US$, or by credit or debit card in US$ via PayPal. There will be a charge of 4% of the total cost to cover PayPal administration charges for payments made by credit or debit card.
